Coaching Session Details:

Steps to Book:
1) Read the terms and conditions below.
2) Fill out the "Book the Hour" form above.
3) Pick an available day/time on the calendar.
If spots are full, join the waiting list to receive updates on availability.

Email Submission:
Please send your name and session time, along with any attachments and/or links that will be worked on during your booked session, to maximize lesson time for the student.

Participants:
Please list all individuals who will be present during the lesson (only the coach and the student who booked the lesson will have the link provided).

Rescheduling & Refund Policy:
Full Refunds: Issued if the coach needs to reschedule after two attempts.
Rescheduling: Students are allowed (1) reschedule per booked lesson.  
Notice: A written email to cvc@jbclarke.com is required 24 hours in advance for reschedules. In emergencies, please email us immediately to explore rescheduling options.

Coach Notification:
The coach must send a written email if tardy or unable to meet, up to one hour before the scheduled lesson.

Booking Information:
A Zoom link will be provided once a session is booked.  
If you need to change your booking after payment, please email us immediately.
CVC has up to 15 days to reschedule your lesson or will issue a full refund.
Booking Limit: You may only book up to 2 lessons per month, per student.
On the day of your session, the coach will wait up to 15 minutes before the lesson is forfeited.
If the coach misses the lesson without prior written notification, the student will receive a total refund within 3-5 business days.
