1. How do I become a member of Clarke Vocal Coaching?

A Returning Member?
Please email cvc@jbclarke.com and request open space for membership and a preferred subscription plan.
2. Are virtual voice lessons live with Coach Joseph?
Yes! All Virtual Zoom Lessons are LIVE with Coach Joseph.
ONLY Gold, Platinum, and Diamond Memberships are trained by Coach Joseph.
3. Will I have to sign a fixed-term contract to join as a member?
No! You will not be locked in for any number of months. You will only need to sign an agreement. This agreement will include a breakdown of each policy, coach and student expectations, rules and guidelines, subscription benefits, and any other relevant information. You are responsible for reading through agreement before signing.
4. How do I register?
Create an account with your primary email address and password. Once completed, Sign the agreement and make the payment. Save Login Information to have 24/7 access to the portal. (Click here)
5. When can I register, sign the agreement, choose preferred subscription, and make payment?
ENROLLMENT IS ONLY OPEN - The 26th of The Current Month to the 3rd of Next Month.
Examples:
May 26th - June 3rd June 26th - July 3rd July 26th - August 3rd
You can only register if you have successfully booked your orientation and met with Coach Joseph.
**Enrollment is closed if capacity is full and there are no available spots**
6. Can anybody become a member of Clarke Vocal Coaching?
No! The purpose of The Orientation and Trial Lesson is for Coach Joseph to evaluate, asses, and approve/deny entry
for all trial students to join.
The opportunity of Trial Lessons is open for everyone if there is open spots on booking calendar but all memberships are carefully selected into the program. Friendly reminder: CVC Coaches teach each member live weekly/biweekly. Limited Spots.
7. Is there an age limit for membership?
Yes! No children under the age of 8 Years Old will be able to become a member.
8. Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
YES! Per the signed agreement, any members who desire to cancel subscription must send in a written email to request cancellation subscription 30 DAYS IN ADVANCE.
However, if for any reason your subscription is cancelled without any written email 30 days in advance, a cancellation fee is charged to your account.
9. How long does it usually take for an available spot to open if I am on the Waiting List?
First Come, First serve basis. We will contact you through email on file immediately if a spot becomes available.
The Average wait time is no longer than 3 months. However, you are still able to book The Orientation and Trial Lesson if there is open space on calendar.
10. Do you give LIVE in-person lessons?
Yes! Usually, this level of access is reserved only for very select number of members, high profile members, or individuals with unique circumstances.
There are number of requirements before approval, i.e., a screening process, A revised agreement and benefits before LIVE in person coaching is approved and scheduled. A few other requirements below:

You must live close in proximity (Less than 50 Miles) of Atlanta, Georgia area. (Jonesboro) 
- 
Only Diamond Members are eligible for LIVE in person coaching sessions. 
- 
There is a late fee for tardiness. 
-
